Hello, beautiful!

I have irises in full bloom at the front of my home, and I tell you, their scent is heavenly. Probably one of my favourite parts of summer is the wafts of fragrance I get to enjoy as I go about my day. Lilacs rule as far as I’m concerned, and the blooms in my back garden still have a few days of beauty left to share!

A few weeks ago, I sent out a survey to learn how I might better serve you. I got some feedback that you may not be really sure what one-on-one coaching is. Very briefly, my programs always begin with an in-depth online assessment that helps you to focus in on the symptoms you experience on a daily basis. This is key, because although you might believe that weight loss is your number one concern, for example, your assessment might show that your primary focus needs to be elsewhere first (or you likely won’t have success with your perceived goal!) Next, I help you create and implement an individualized nutrition and lifestyle plan just for you. Ongoing sessions offer guidance and accountability so you can stay on track. The number of sessions you will need depends on your goal and your starting point. Make sense?
